How much does shipping cost?

We offer worldwide shipping, of which the cost is determined by several factors.

For domestic orders in the United States, shipping rates are determined by location, and weight. Since we are East Coast based, orders shipped local to us will incur cheaper shipping options, while orders in Middle America, and the West Coast will incur higher shipping prices.

Orders outside of the United States will be subject to varying degrees of cost based on real-time updates from several shipping carrier rates. We offer both UPS and USPS, which have different rates. We recommend USPS for smaller items (t-shirts, hats, small accessories, etc.), and UPS for bigger items. Orders shipped with UPS tend to be (but not always) slightly faster compared to USPS.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping time is  dependent on you, the customer. At checkout, you are able to select several shipping options, some of which are quicker estimated arrival time than others. Please note that we are not responsible for shipping delays with any postal carrier. Orders can be delayed from postal services for a number of reasons, some of which include natural disasters, or congestion during holidays.

What is your refund/return policy?

Please review our Terms Of Service for all matters regarding our policies. In order to purchase anything from our Site, all customers must confirm to reading our TOS.

Please purchase responsibly, as all sales are final. Regarding sizing, you should research before making a purchase, to ensure your satisfaction. We typically do not provide sizing charts on our item descriptions. If you are unsure about the sizing of an item, you can email us for sizing specifications as provided by the product's brand. We may be able to provide you with resources for sizing, but not always guaranteed nor required by us.

For some sizing, use your best judgement. Some items are sized by "S/M, L/XL", etc. Items such as hats are typically "One size fits all", meaning it has adjustable instruments, to cater to most sizing. Although hats may be labeled as "One size fits all", abnormally sized heads may not fit. Use your own discretion when making a purchase on any items if you are unsure about the sizing.

How often do you restock inventory?

During a season, we typically restock with new inventory every week. Even during an off-season, we still restock new inventory often. During a season you can expect new items every Thursday, although we do restock other items at random as well.
