Thank you for visiting the MrDad website, www.mrdad.shop ("Site") owned and operated by MRDAD LLC. (d/b/a MrDad) ("MrDad", "us" or "we"). You should not access this Site or use our services until you have carefully read and agreed to these terms and conditions of use (the "Terms") which govern your access to and use of this Site. These Terms apply to all Site visitors' access to and use of the Site.

 

Shipping Rates

Worldwide shipping is available. All shipment pricing is based upon location, and weight. 

International orders may be subject to duties and taxes, based on your countries customs system. We cannot modify any order(s) dollar values to lessen these fees that you may incur. 

Order Processing

Please allow for 2-3 business days for your order to process, and 5-7 business days for your order to arrive. Once an order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

We hereby disclose that we are not responsible for any packages that are lost or stolen after they have been dispatched from our facility. Upon dispatch, the risk of loss or damage passes to the customer. Should a package be lost or stolen, it is at the customer's sole discretion to contact the postal carrier for assistance and further information.

Sales Tax

All orders are subject to sales tax if/when applicable. Consult your state for more information regarding which states are required by law to pay sales tax.

Return Policy

All Sales are final. Absolutely no returns, refunds, or exchanges.

If you receive the wrong item, you must notify us by email immediately upon discovery of the issue. Please note that we reserve the right to refuse any compensation, whether monetary or otherwise, for any claims related to an order if you contact us more than 30 days after the delivery date of the order. We define immediate contact as contact within 24 hours of discovering the issue. Failure to contact us within this timeframe will result in the forfeiture of any potential compensation or resolution. For all order issues, prompt communication is required.

Given that we do not engage in the manufacturing or production of the items sold on this Site, we hereby disclaim any liability for manufacturing defects or factory-related imperfections that may be present in the products upon sale. For the purposes of this disclaimer, "factory defects" and "manufacturing defects" shall include, but not be limited to, stains, rips, tears, discoloration, sizing defects, or any other imperfections that arise during the manufacturing process. 

We are not liable for any items that may arrive slightly different from the stock photos displayed on our Site. Variations in color, print, or other visual aspects between the product received and the stock photo are not considered defects. Such differences can occur due to several factors, including but not limited to, variations in manufacturing processes or the natural characteristics of materials used. Additionally, the appearance of items might differ slightly in tint or color due to the lighting conditions under which the original product photos were taken. By purchasing from us, you acknowledge and accept that these variations are inherent to the nature of the products and do not constitute grounds claims against the Site. 

Safety & Privacy

The Site reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to exclude any individual from making purchases on the Site, for any reason, without the obligation to provide any explanation. This includes, but is not limited to, decisions based on past behavior, suspected fraudulent activity, violation of our terms of service, or any other criteria we deem necessary to maintain the integrity and security of our platform. By accessing and using the Site, you acknowledge and agree that such exclusions can be enacted without prior notice and without any requirement for the Site to disclose the rationale behind the exclusion decision.

As a condition of your access to and use of this Site, you may not engage in any activity related to fraud. This includes, but is not limited to, placing orders with the intent to dispute or reverse the charge, misrepresenting facts to obtain refunds or credits, or using the Site to facilitate any form of payment fraud. You may not disrupt, disable, overburden, or impair any function of the Site related to order processing or payment transactions; attempt to exploit any vulnerabilities in our payment systems; or engage in any behavior that could be considered chargeback fraud, such as initiating chargebacks after receiving and using goods or services. Any violation of these terms will result in immediate suspension of access to our Site, and will be reported to authorities. Fraud is a felony crime, punishable with serious fines and jail time.

As a condition of your access to and use of this Site, you may not use the Site for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms. You may not disrupt, disable, overburden, or impair any function of the Site; attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site; use data mining, robots, spiders, scraping or similar automated or manual methods; or circumvent or modify any feature of the Site.


Authenticity and Legitimacy Disclaimer

All items sold on this Site are represented as authentic and sourced from legitimate means. Should a customer suspect that an item they have purchased is not genuine, the burden of proof to substantiate such claims lies solely with the customer. It is the responsibility of the customer to provide conclusive evidence that the item in question is not authentic. We do not assume responsibility for proving the authenticity of our products once they have been sold. Please ensure you contact us with your substantial evidence if you believe you have received a non-legitimate item, and we will review your claim based on the information provided.
Acceptance of Terms and Limitation of Liability
By making a purchase on this Site, whether it be a one-time transaction or a series of ongoing purchases, the buyer explicitly agrees to be bound by these Terms of Service in their entirety. This agreement signifies your understanding and acceptance that the Site, its owners, affiliates, and employees are not held liable for any issues, damages, or claims arising from the aforementioned disclaimers, including but not limited to manufacturing defects, authenticity disputes, lost or stolen packages, or any other conditions outlined within this document. Your continued use of our services following the purchase constitutes your ongoing acceptance of these terms.

It is the responsibility of the customer to regularly review and stay updated with any changes to our Terms of Service.
